Transformational coaching is similar to life coaching. It involves helping people better themselves and their lives by bringing about necessary changes. Unlike life coaching, which focuses on changing how clients act, transformational coaching focuses on changing the way clients see themselves. This approach may involve using various complementary therapies. Each session will include either Reiki, Sacred Oil Healing, or Chaos Flush to enhance the coaching experience.
